The Committee on Finance moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

Com. Sub. for S. B. 293 - “A Bill to amend and reenact §59-1-14 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to fees charged by sheriffs; increasing certain maximum fees charged by sheriffs; providing that certain fees are owed by a county sheriff for certain service by another law-enforcement agency; and increasing portion of fees charged by the sheriff directed to the Deputy Sheriff Retirement Fund.”
